I provide customized training on a variety of topics and formats for mentors, mentees, and program leaders in higher education.
Services include Individual Mentoring for personal effectiveness in home and family, and professional success through intention, vision, and mastery, as well as, Group Mentoring for workgroups to increase effective communication, project and team work, workplace civility and inclusion, and cultural competence.
Topics include mentoring skills, mentee success, mentor program design, mentor program assessment protocols. Training formats are a series of short courses or longer-term program development services, tailored to your specific needs delivered via Webinars, Interactive Zoom sessions, or on site at your location.
